Why We Exist
New Breed Academy exists because of the youth, coaches, volunteers, board members and parents like yourselves. Our
goals are to:
1. Provide positive activities for the youth in Clovis and surrounding areas.
2. Build Character and Self-Esteem where society and peer pressure may have torn down.
3. Instill the value of team spirit and good sportsmanship.
4. Strengthen the gifts, talents and skills of our basketball players.

History of New Breed Academy
New Breed Acadmey, founded by David Dawson began as an AAU club team in 2005.He coached Boys and Girsl
11U - 15U.These teams traveled throughout the Southwest, Mid-West, and West Coast regions winning tournaments left
and right. New Breed won 1st place in state tournament in (years) and won 3rd place in Nationals (years). New Breed has
been invited to the World Youth Basketball Tournament twice which is held in Hawaii.
